This year marks the 250th anniversary of Captain James Cook's voyage along the East Coast of Australia. There are two front pages, the first as Cook prepares to set sail and the other one has the story of his departure. There is a drawing of the Endeavour and a list of the crew. There are some interesting advertisements including a very historical one regarding James Watt applying for a patent for a steam engine.....he got the patent!!!
