A truck carrying molasses took a turn for the worst when it rolled over around 6 o’clock on Saturday morning in Bundaberg.
The male driver of the B double, who is in his 60’s, was rescued after emergency crews turned out at the accident at the intersection of the Ring Road and Goodwood Road in South Bundaberg.
The truck driver was trapped for an hour before being freed by fire crews.
A massive clean-up then got underway
