The Playhouse Theatre in Steffensen Street, West Bundaberg is home to the city’s oldest theatre company.
The Bundaberg Players Inc. has presented over 350 live theatrical productions since first being established in 1951.
The annual theatre programme may include comedy, drama, musical, revue, theatre restaurant, Youth Theatre production and pantomime.

West State School Markets (George Street) are held on the second Sunday of every month. Tegege Country Markets are held on the first Saturday of the month, from 8am to 1pm over winter. Call in to the Tegege Hall and enjoy the Tegege Country Markets. Morning teas and lunch may be purchased from the CWA.
Rosedale Country Craft and Farmer’s Market open each Wednesday at Rosedale for the freshest of produce direct to you. Browse a variety to craft stalls, and displays of precious gems and opals. The markets are at the Rosedale Memorial Park and Hall, only a kilometer from Rosedale State School. Bundaberg Port Marina is the latest market venue, but with a difference. Open 2 pm until dark on the first Saturday of the month, enjoy seafood stalls, wine tasting and local coffee, as well as all the usual market fare.
